Step 2: Insert your length measurement (cm)
Measure the longest side of the cushion as the length.
Step 3: Insert your width measurement (cm)
Step 4: Insert your height measurement (cm)
(for example 5cm, 10cm, 12cm, 15cm or 20cm)
Step 5: Choose your fabric
Step 6: Select your cushion inner
Step 7: Select Piping or no-piping
Step 8: Select the Zipper Placement
Gusset: The side panel that connects the top and bottom panels of the cushion, creating its height.

Description

  • Each cushion is individually tailored by hand by one of our in-house very experienced tailors.
  • Each cushion includes a YKK zip, either a Type 3 or Type 5 (outdoor chunky zips for outdoor cushions).
  • All our cushions are covered in customised dacron sewn together in a sleeve to ensure a snug fit with no slippage.
  • Foam is high denisty 30/16 (density/hardness) or medium density 30/9 manufactured by Strandfoam. 30/20 Fire retardant foam available on request.
  • All customisations, shapes & sizes as well as finishes available. For complex requests please email us at sales@fabricsuperstore.co.za
  • On-site measuring and template making available on request.
  • Full showroom available in Cape Town to view cushion and fabric samples.
